The house is located in the "Los Apantles" subdivision in Jiutepec, Morelos. The architectural party consists of the development of the house occupying two sides of a square lot to give space to a central garden with a pool. 

The house is developed on a single level, leaving some service areas located on the upper floor to generate some vertical volumes that contrast with the horizontality of the house.

The foyer clearly divides the two main areas and communicates directly with the living-dining room, which has a very large covered terrace, which is the area that is most occupied during the day. One side of the house contains the master bedroom with bathrooms and dressing room area, the other side has two guest bedrooms with dressing room and bathrooms included.

The main structure is based on load-bearing walls and wooden beams, having in the main porch wooden columns on quarry foundations. The interior floor is made of marble with carpets made of the same material, but in different colors. 

The color scheme is based on the use of two main colors: Jacaranda blue, combined with ocher tones.

The Rancho Santa Maria house is located in the southern part of the city of Aguascalientes. south part of the city of Aguascalientes. One of the design premises was to take advantage of the spectacular view provided by the landscape.

The house is developed on a single level and consists mainly of a large access plaza that converges with the public area of the house, where the living room and dining room are located, delimited by a portico that opens onto a large terrace, where the pools are located. These are delimited by the facade wall of the family living room, which serves as a distributor hallway to the private area or to the service area.

The private area consists of five bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room, each surrounding an interior courtyard, which, apart from being an illuminating element of the corridors of the same, allows to obtain a microclimate controlled by the gallery that develops around it.

On the other hand, and forming part of one of the walls of the courtyard, is located the service area which is composed of the kitchen with large storage rooms, a laundry room that communicates directly to the bedrooms and two service rooms with bathrooms.

The access plaza is delimited by high solid walls that converge on a walls that converge on a set of closed panels, which delimit through a the entrance door by means of a plate.

The project is located near the King Khalid International Airport city of Riyadh, Princess Norah University, King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field and Sedra Roshn Residential.

Daytime temperature goes from 65 F in winter to 105 F in summer and  temperature goes from 54 F in winter ando 92 in summer nightime.

Local features, such as the oases, vernacular irrigation systems (falaj), patios, flora and architecture, dictated the design guidelines for the project. The result was a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Arabian architecture, reflecting the natural characteristics of this inland location.

The term Oases is a fertile place where there is water in the midst of a desert or a place of calm in the midst of chaos. We like to relate it on having a rich space in which you could develop some fresh internal activities introducing green inside the development.

For the residential compound we would like not to do houses that you feel in an army, that you are another number every house its exactly as the other lacking of identity.  

The composition scheme starts with a vehicle access control plaza which in you decide to enter the fast track circuit road with slow track roads that lead you to the houses. In the center we are introducing the amenities in a urban corredor having a great sense of  comunity and central to every house to the central park.

The minimart is added to the entrance plaza to be practical of the intake and outage of the products.  A Kids room, game room and cafeteria along the main park. The pádel tennis between the houses and de main plaza.  For the pool we wanted to put it underground one level down so the user can have some privacy.  The business center along the falcon plaza and at the end we have the half basketball.

Each villa has its own patio for a family private area. 

The entire project is housed under an envelope that reinterprets elements of traditional Arab architecture.

The importance of using the fifth facade as roof tops , is designed in accordance with the concepts of climate control and architecture of the region, including sustainable strategies for the comfort of the users.

On the property located at Av. Santa Fe, No. 455, with an area of 2,716.48 m2 and with two fronts (Av. Santa Fe and the side of the Mexico-Toluca Highway), an apartment tower was planned with the following characteristics: 1. The pedestrian access at the first floor level (643.60 m2), was designed with a light glass and steel cover that emphasizes the main entrance and protects it from the rain. It contains the following spaces: Main Lobby with Reception and Control; Elevator and Stair Lobby; Administrative Office; Correspondence Place; Multipurpose Room overlooking the garden, and a play area that joins a terrace for recreational activities. In addition, it has a garden that serves as a green transition area to the side of the road. The tower's design considers a Central Service Core that contains a lobby to access four apartments per level, three elevators, emergency stairs, a garbage room with duct, as well as four main ducts for facilities.
