The project is located near the King Khalid International Airport city of Riyadh, Princess Norah University, King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field and Sedra Roshn Residential.

Daytime temperature goes from 65 F in winter to 105 F in summer and  temperature goes from 54 F in winter ando 92 in summer nightime.

Local features, such as the oases, vernacular irrigation systems (falaj), patios, flora and architecture, dictated the design guidelines for the project. The result was a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Arabian architecture, reflecting the natural characteristics of this inland location.

The term Oases is a fertile place where there is water in the midst of a desert or a place of calm in the midst of chaos. We like to relate it on having a rich space in which you could develop some fresh internal activities introducing green inside the development.

The assumptions of design: 1. Iconic Architecture- milestone.  2. Sustainability- Positive impact.  3. Amenities in walking distance- Public space as a central pillar  4.Connected to nature- Illustrate biographic and ethnobotanical identity, Biodiversity + Performance. 5. Art in the public space- Central spine corredor of Art as a differentiator and identity generator.

For the residential compound we would like not to do houses that you feel in an army, that you are another number every house its exactly as the other lacking of identity.

The composition scheme starts with a vehicle access control plaza which in you decide to enter the fast track circuit road with slow track roads that lead you to the houses. In the center we are introducing the amenities in a urban corredor having a great sense of  comunity and central to every house to the central park.

The minimart is added to the entrance plaza to be practical of the intake and outage of the products.  A Kids room, game room and cafeteria along the main park. The pádel tennis between the houses and de main plaza.  For the pool we wanted to put it underground one level down so the user can have some privacy.  The business center along the falcon plaza and at the end we have the half basketball.

Each villa has its own patio for a family private area.

The entire project is housed under an envelope that reinterprets elements of traditional Arab architecture.

The importance of using the fifth facade as roof tops , is designed in accordance with the concepts of climate control and architecture of the region, including sustainable strategies for the comfort of the users.

Aguascalientes is located in the north-central region of the country (called "El Bajio"), 504 km from Mexico City and 130 km from Zacatecas. It has a very pleasant climate with a temperature between 17 and 20oc and in summer it does not exceed 23oc. With 430 years of life, Aguascalientes is a splendorous mosaic of old neighborhoods, temples, squares, gardens, monuments, museums, plazas, etc. Tourist destination by evidence. Its 2 traditional events: Festival de las Calaveras and the National Fair of San Marcos make it an attractive and versatile city. It has an intense commercial, industrial, livestock and wine activity. It is located south of the city of Aguascalientes, on Agostadero Avenue, 3 km from Boulevard Siglo XXl. LAS LOMAS of Aguascalientes, comprises a development of 250 hectares to develop a residential subdivision of the highest quality.
The first stage of LAS LOMAS de Aguascalientes will be EL POTRERO, which comprises a 40 hectare area with 150 residential lots of approximately 1,600 m2, with wide tree-lined avenues that guarantee the architectural unity of the complex in spite of the particular preferences of each neighbor; maintaining the quality of design and the care for details through a regulation that protects the harmony of the complex.

ACCESS GATE "LAS CABRAS
CONCEPT AND ARCHITECTURAL-URBAN CHARACTERISTICS.
It is located in the state of Sinaloa and will be a complementary tourist destination to the city of Mazatlan.

The core theme of the project we consider that it should revolve around the magnificent sculpture of Sebastian called "La Flor", image of FONATUR, which is located in one of the distributors of the complex. To relocate it as part of the Plaza, so that the inhabitants themselves will find different uses or customs for it. We took into account the scale and included a "LIGHTHOUSE" type element to be a very charismatic point of reference both day and night, since at the top there is a block of light that will be seen from very distant points, making that reference is not lost at any time of the day and which in turn will represent the gateway to the development. It has the image and the strength that a complex of this magnitude requires, together with our way of representing Mexican Architecture based on the use of color, local materials, its forms and very much attached to the urban context of the land.

The overall design of the project includes interior lagoons with golf course and residential development, all unique to the area.

Inland lakes: 60 hectares of inland lagoons. The development has been dredged and developed, creating a network of inland lagoons with a floodgate system to recycle the sea water. As well as creating recreationa activities, it maximises the number of units facing the sea and lagoons.

Golf Course: A golf course among interior lagoons with 9 holes which are completely finished and operational. When the project is finished the golf course will have 18 holes next to the sea with a total length of 7,100 yards. Jack Nicklaus "signature" course.

Access Boulevard: Laguna del Mar offers easy access from Highway 8. All roads are designed to the highest standards.

Subterranean Infrastructures: Built to American standards Subterranean design including electricity, drinking water, water treatment plant and telecommunications with fiber optic and broadband, a development with these characteristics is unique in Puerto Peñasco.

This project is located 10 minutes from the hotel zone of Ixtapa.
The development is located in an ecological reserve and is inspired by the elements of nature, trying to be an open window to the senses and to enjoy nature directly; water, sand, fresh air, lush vegetation and refreshing breeze. Erected in an extension of 50,000 m? by the sea, the project consists of several villas of 1350 m? in the shape of a triangle of 3 levels with an apartment on each level, each with 35 meters of oceanfront, living room with terrace and private pool, 3 bedrooms, and with very good design details and finishes such as quarry, stone floors and walls, wood for columns and beams, and palm palapas that harmonize perfectly with the nature of the place.
Apart from the villas, this project has residential lots with generous ocean frontage, which can use the common areas that are in the development such as: tennis and paddle courts, the beach club that has a pool, locker rooms, sunbathing area and cafeteria with the same magnificent view of the green areas, in addition to having a private beach.
There is also a greenhouse to maintain the landscaped areas and an ongoing and a continuous reforestation of the development.

Maralto is a 220 apartments building with a surface of 154 through 300 m2 and four 700 m2 exclusive ones in Acapulco. The lineal architectural project, facing the beach allows the 100% of the apartments to enjoy the view of the sea, after a sun study the facade was created with some “niches“ that allow us to have a protected interior, a frame view, a wide terrace and a hermetic flexibility.
The building has a “special“ 6th floor (our penthouse) that is noticeable in shape, wider and tall- er than the rest of the building ́s stories since we believe the story has the opportunity to see the best part of the palm trees in first order and then the sea, is the privileged one.
The highest one has the privilege to have with daylight two types of views, sky and blue sea, and at night a black view illuminated by two or three lights from the fishermen.

The context is aggressive, not only by environmental pollution but also by urban pollution, the Ermita Iztapalapa road is a source of noise and aggression for any pedestrian and more if contrasted with our client.
The area proposed for the Children's Museum project, is attached to a distribution center of collective transportation, with a high level of traffic, in addition the front towards Ermita Iztapalapa is practically blocked by the stairs of a pedestrian bridge that reaches the front of the Museum, there is also another element that obstructs the front which is a core of circulations of the shopping center that is located on the second floor.
CONCEPT
TO CREATE A SAFE WORLD WHERE CHILDREN CAN PLAY, HAVE FUN AND EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
SCHEME
To achieve this safe and protected world, we decided to create a closed perimeter
closed perimeter open only to an access plaza. Located inside the access to the transfer center. The square of access although it is open, isolates the visitor of the Avenue, to descend in a more protected zone, towards hermitage Iztapalapa we leave a portico of pedestrian access that leads the pedestrian to the square of Access.
In the access plaza we locate the ticket office and the museum store.
ACCESS
Access is through a tunnel that aims to introduce the visitor to the world of the
introduce the visitor to the WORLD OF THE CHILD. The tunnel is a throat that is a vestibular space, it is a transition space that dramatically lowers the scale full of color.
PATIO OF THE CHILD
The access tunnel leads to a central courtyard that is a light-filled space totally protected from the outside, with dimensions of 25 X 25 meters, is a play space, full of toys, which the child will experience as a fantasy world.
THE TWO PATIOS
The concept is organized through these two courtyards, the first to buffer the outside world, and the inner courtyard to welcome the child's world.
OPERATION
Around the central courtyard all the vertical circulations are developed by ramps, to connect the two levels of the Museum and continue to reach the playground that is on the roof of the complex.
The ramp system will have balconies to the central courtyard to always maintain the presence of this great space, and at the same time give life to it, as well as the orientation of where each space is as a guide.
In the four corners of the central courtyard are located the vertical circulations such as elevators and freight elevators necessary for the operation of the Museum.
