The tower is located in downtown Tlalnepantla, Mexico.

Given the context where low rise and concrete monument predominate; we proposed to design a 2,000 m2 convention center, a 3,000 m2 exhibition center, commercial spaces and a 27,208 m2 office building with 33 profitable levels and 4 commercial levels.

The tower has a facade of apparent pre-cast concrete, with an orange colored binder.  The precast panels will provide protection from the heat of the sun and are designed with vertical strips tucked into the curtain wall.

Formal simplicity, use of scale, and use of color characterize the design of the project.
