GAMBA HOUSE

The house is located in a country subdivision that borders the golf course, from which the views of the main spaces of the house have been taken:. Access is through a plaza that is contained by large-scale blind walls that intertwine and define the entrance to the house.
The architectural solution was proposed on a single level, the scheme is clearly defined from the main hall where the two areas of the house are separated. This is divided by a triangular wall that separates the public and private areas of the house.
The public area has a large space containing the living room and dining room, divided by a volume containing the fireplace, both overlooking the main garden and the golf course. Additionally, the kitchen and services are located with independent entrance.
The private area has a very good sized TV room, since it is the family's meeting point. A hallway leads to the two children's bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom with a large bathroom and two walk-in closets. All three bedrooms overlook the main garden and the golf course. The study is the only part of the house that is located on the first level to take advantage of the views and to communicate directly to the main hall through a staircase that is located within the triangle that separates the vestibule.
The volumetric is clear and simple, easy to understand and the use of color reinforces the emphasis on the interior spaces, as well as the use of natural light that accentuates the different circulations of the house.
